摘要
通过使用数字化脉冲焊机对高强度钢不同厚度、不同电流进行焊接试验,介绍了数字化脉冲焊机焊接高强钢时的特性,并与在相同焊接电压、电流、气体流量下的普通焊机焊接的试样性能对比,从而分析了数字化脉冲焊机对高强钢焊接性能的影响。
By using digital pulse welding, the welding of high strength steel with different thickness and current were studied. The digital pulse welding characteristics of high strength steel were introduced, and the performance of samples under ordinary welding machine was compared with digital pulse welding under welding voltage, current and gas flow rate in the same ratio. And the effects of digital pulse welding on the properties of high strength steel were analyzed.
