血浆脑源性神经营养因子水平与抑郁症的相关性研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的:探讨血浆脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)水平与抑郁症的相关性。方法:采用ELISA测定60例抑郁症患者和30名健康对照血浆BDNF的含量,并进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton depression rating scale,HDRS)和贝克抑郁自评量表(Beck self-rating depression scale,BDI)评定。结果:抑郁症组患者的血浆BDNF水平(931.10±250.04)pg/ml明显低于健康对照组(1 348.06±192.67)pg/ml(t=-8.013,P=0.000)。首发型抑郁症患者血浆BDNF水平(1 007.57±277.52)pg/ml高于复发型抑郁症患者(854.63±195.15)pg/ml(t=2.469,P=0.017);早发型抑郁症患者与晚发型抑郁症患者HDRS得分(t=1.009,P=0.317)、BDI得分(t=1.743,P=0.087)以及BDNF水平(t=-0.281,P=0.779)之间差异无统计学意义;有自杀行为的抑郁症患者HDRS得分(t=3.917,P=0.000)和BDI得分(t=3.482,P=0.001)明显高于无自杀行为患者,而血浆BDNF水平(778.88±230.71)pg/ml明显低于无自杀行为的抑郁症患者(1 055.64±191.00)pg/ml(t=-5.085,P=0.000);抑郁症患者血浆BDNF水平与HDRS得分(r=-0.337,P=0.008)和BDI得分(r=-0.431,P=0.001)之间呈负相关。结论:血浆BDNF水平的改变与抑郁症及自杀行为有关,可能参与了抑郁症和自杀行为的病理生理机制。 Objective:To explore the correlation between the plasma levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and depression. Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent analysis(ELISA)was used to test the plasma BDNF levels in 60 depressive patients and 30 normal controls. Meanwhile,the subjects were assessed with the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Beck Self-rating Depression Scale(BDI). Results:The plasma levels of BDNF in depressive patients(931.10±250.04)pg/ml was significantly lower than those of normal controls(1 348.06±192.67)pg/ml(t=-8.013,P=0.000). The plasma BDNF levels in recurrent depressive patients(1 007.57±277.52)pg/ml was lower than those of first-episode depressive patients(854.63±195.15)pg/ml(t=2.469,P=0.017). There was no difference in HDRS total score(t=1.009,P=0.317),BDI total score(t=1.743,P=0.087)and plasma BDNF levels(t=-0.281,P=0.779)between early-onset depressive patients and late-onset depressive patients. Depressive patients with suicidal tendency had higher HDRS total score(t=3.917,P=0.000)and BDI total score(t=3.482,P=0.001)than depressive patients without suicidal tendency.The plasma BDNF levels were significantly lower in depressive patients with suicidal tendency than in depressive patients without suicidal tendency((778.88±230.71)pg/ml vs.(1055.64±191.00)pg/ml,t=-5.085,P=0.000). The plasma BDNF level was significantly negatively correlated with HDRS total score and BDI total score in depressive patients. Conclusion:The alteration of plasma BDNF level is related to depression and suicide,and it maybe involved in pathophysiology of depression and suicidal behavior.
