摘要
介绍了我国化工企业工艺安全管理和安全生产标准化的发展历程,比较分析了二者管理要素设置的不同,提出了将工艺安全管理与安全生产标准化进行整合统一管理的步骤和建议,阐述了整合的重要意义。
The development history of PSM and safety production standardization of chemical enterprises in China and the differences in management element setting of the both are comparatively analyzed. Thus,the steps and suggestions for integrating unified management of PSM and safety production standardization are raised and the significant meaning in integration is elaborated.
