摘要 针对车载钻机在施工现场使用的需求,设计了一种基于CAN总线的数据记录仪。文中首先介绍了总体构成,然后详细设计了以单片机LPC1768为核心、以CAN和USB为通讯方式、以SD卡为数据记录存储单元的硬件电路,并以LabVIEW为平台详细开发了系统配置和数据处理软件,实现了对车载钻机作业参数的实时记录,方便后期的故障查询和分析。应用及试验结果表明,该记录仪满足车载钻机使用需要,实用性强、便携性好,同时具备良好的扩展性及应用前景。 According to the need of truck-mounted drilling rig used in the construction site, we design a data recorder based on CAN bus. This paper first introduces the general structure, then the core of hardware circuit is LPC1768 MCU, with CAN and USB communication mode, and the storage unit of data records is SD card, and based on the LabVIEW platform in detail,Taking LabVIEW as the platform the development of the system configuration and data processing software in detail, To achieve real-time recording truck-mounted drilling rig operating parameters, fault diagnosis and analysis to facilitate later.Application and test results show that the recorder can attain the needs of truck-mounted drilling rig using, strong practicability, good portability, it have good extensibility and application prospects at the same time.
