摘要
目的探讨病区药房药品质量管理存在的问题及改进措施。方法对2012年6月至2014年6月我院病区药房药品质量管理工作中存在的问题及改进措施进行回顾性分析。结果实施规范化管理办法后特殊药物管理不当、药品不合理摆放、超过有效期未及时处理、储存条件不符、数量不清、无专人管理、混放及标签模糊、包装混杂所占比例均明显低于规范化管理办法实施前(2.1%对12.5%;0.0%对8.3%;0.0%对4.2%;2.1%对10.4%;4.2%对14.6%;0.0%对4.2%;2.1%对10.4%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对病区药房药品推行规范化管理办法,能有效提高病区药品管理水平,对维护药品安全、用药安全、患者安全具有促进作用。
Objective To investigate the existence of pharmacy quality management problems and improvement measures in wards.Methods 2012 June to 2014 June were selected exists in our hospital pharmacy quality management problems and improvement measures were retrospectively analyzed.Results The implementation of standardization administration management after special drug undeserved,irrational drug placed over the period of validity,not timely processing,storage conditions,does not match the number is not clear,no special management,mix and labels,packaging hybrid fuzzy proportion（2.1% vs 12.5%;0.0% vs 8.3%;0.0% vs 4.2%;2.1% vs 10.4%;4.2% vs 14.6%;0.0% vs 4.2%;2.1% vs 10.4%）was significantly lower than that of the standardized management before the implementation of the measures, the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ward pharmacy drugs on the implementation of standardization administration,can effectively improve the drug in ward management level,has a role in promoting the maintenance of drug safety,drug safety,patient safety.
