摘要
利用来自山东省17地市796家养羊场(户)的调查问卷,从养羊场(户)对羊产业化经营认知和参与行为、龙头企业对养羊场(户)的监管和服务及羊产业化经营的运行效果等方面分析了山东省羊产业化经营的基本状况.研究结果表明:受访养羊场(户)对羊产业化经营的认知度和参与度低;公司或养羊合作社对羊场设施有一定要求,但检查力度不均;龙头企业为养羊场(户)提供的服务涉及面比较广,但力度不足;羊产业化经营运行效果较好,超过七成已加入羊产业化经营的养羊场(户)表示加入羊产业化经营后收入增加,并愿意继续参加.为进一步改善山东省羊产业化经营状况,应该加强对养羊场(户)的监督和服务,并继续加强宣传羊产业化经营的优点.
Based on 796 questionnaires from 17 cities of Shandong Province, this paper analyzed the management situation of sheep industrialization of Shandong from the aspects of the awareness and behavior of industrialization of sheep-raising households or farms, the supervision and service of the leading enterprises for the sheep-raising households or farms and the effect of the sheep industrialization. The result showed that the interviewed sheep-raising households or farms have little recognition and low participation for sheep industrialization, although enterprises or sheep cooperatives have some requirements in sheep farm＇s facilities, but the inspections have been uneven, and although the services the leading enterprises provide for the sheep-raising households or farms have a wide range, they are still insufficient. The service effect of the sheep industrialization is good, more than 70 percent of the sheep-raising households or farms who have joined the sheep industrialization indicate that their income has increased after joining the sheep industrialization, and they would like to go on participating. In order to improve the situation of Shandong sheep industrialization, we should strengthen the supervision and service in the sheep-raising households or farms and continue to propaganda the advantage of the sheep industrialization.
