摘要
软实力是一种来源于非物质型力量的新型实力。软实力不同于硬实力的内涵和特点决定着软实力的影响力正在逐步扩张并超过硬实力的影响力。目前很多企业都非常重视软实力建设,一方面是因具备软实力的企业或产品能够得到利益相关者的认同,另一方面是因为软实力不仅很难被复制和超越,而且还可以放大企业自身的优势,而这两方面都与软实力的形成机理和作用机制有关。因此,本文在探讨企业软实力形成机理和作用机制的基础上,基于资源整合力、企业文化力、企业影响力、公共关系力和社会责任力五个维度提出了提升企业软实力水平的路径,以期能为企业的软实力建设提供借鉴和参考。
Soft power is a new type strength that is derived from immaterial strength. The influence of soft power is graduallyexpanding and more influential hard than the meaning and characteristics of soft power and hard power is different. Currently,many enterprises attach great importance to the construction of soft power. On the one hand, it is because the enterprises or productswith soft power can get stakeholders' agreement. On the other hand it is because soft power is not only difficult to be copied andexcelled, msreover, it can enlarge their own advantage. Both of which are associated with the formation mechanism and actionmechanism of soft power. Therefore, on the basis of discussing the formation mechanism and action mechanism of Corporate SoftPower, this paper puts forward its enhancing path from Resources Integration Power, Corporate Culture Power, Corporate InfluencePower, Public Relationship Power and Social Responsibility Power five different dimensions. It' s the researchers' purpose of thispaper if the relevant research conclusions can provide reference for the construction of Corporate Soft Power.Key Words: Corporate soft power(CSP); Formation mechanism; Action mechanism; Enhancing path
