摘要
银莱汤由金银花、连翘、莱菔子等多味药组成,其功效为清肺泄胃、宣肺止咳、辛凉清解、调和表里,临床常运用于治疗外感热病,兼有饮食不消、纳谷不香的患者。谷晓红教授以银菜汤为基本方治疗小儿感冒发热、小儿肺炎喘嗽发热、小儿惊厥发热、小儿乳蛾发热,取其两清肺胃、消积化滞之效。
The functions of Yinlai Decoction constitute from honeysuckle, forsythia, radish seed and so on many kinds of medicine, are clearing the lungs and discharging heat in the stomach, dispersing the lungs and relieving cough, expelling the exterior with acrid-cooling herbs and harmonizing the exterior and the interior. Professor GU Xiaohong use Yinlai Decoction as basic party treatment of infantile cold fever, cough and gasp of pediatric pneumonia fever, infantile convulsions fever, infantile tonsillitis fever, take its effect of clearing lung and stomach, digestion and removing stasis.
