摘要
火箭喷管堵盖对火箭点火升压以及防潮有极其重要作用,为采集出火箭点火堵盖打开时的瞬间压强及其由大气压到峰值压强时的瞬时时间间隔,在试验系统中应用虚拟仪器软件Lab VIEW,搭建试验系统开发平台,将波形图、触发按钮、历史报表生成、关键时间显示等图形化控件显示在用户界面中,通过DAQ-c9184中所插的四块数据采集模块分别完成压力信号的采集、靶线电压信号的采集、控制开关数字信号的输入输出任务。开发过程表明:本试验系统具有高的模块化、自动化、标准化,能够高速的、高精度的将所需试验数据采集,为以后试验人员进一步研究提供可靠数据保障。
The nozzle closure of rocket has extremely important effect on rocket booster ignited and moisture proof.To acquire a rocket ignition of instantaneous pressure and the atmosphere to the peak value of pressure transient time interval, the software of virtual instrument is used in the experimental system, to set up the development platform of test system, the graphical control of the wavefarm diagram, trigger button, history report generation, and key time is displayed in the user interface. Four acquisition modules are inserted in the DAQ-c9184, which can complete the tasks that is the acquisition of pressure signal, the acquisition of the target line voltage signal, the input or output of the control switch of the digital signal. The development process has showed that the experimental system has high modularity, automation and standardization, which can acquire the experimental data in high speed, high precision, provide reliable data's security for tester in the future.
