摘要
本研究旨在探讨鸡源性嗜酸乳杆菌对黄羽肉鸡小肠黏膜肥大细胞和杯状细胞数量的影响,为嗜酸乳杆菌的应用提供试验数据。试验选取200羽1日龄健康的黄羽肉鸡,随机分为5个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只,设Ⅰ组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加5、10、15 g/kg的嗜酸乳杆菌和20 mg/kg金霉素。结果表明:与对照组相比,Ⅳ组小肠各段的肥大细胞和杯状细胞数量显著增加(P<0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的小肠各段的肥大细胞数量均有所增加,但差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅴ组的空肠和回肠肥大细胞数量明显减少(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,Ⅲ组的小肠各段的杯状细胞数量明显增加(P<0.05),Ⅱ组的杯状细胞数量差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅴ组小肠各段杯状细胞数量降低(P>0.05)。结论:综合分析表明添加15 g/kg嗜酸乳杆菌的Ⅳ组可以明显提高肉鸡小肠黏膜肥大细胞和杯状细胞数量,而金霉素组的2种黏膜免疫相关细胞的数量有所减少。
This current study was conducted to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus on the number of mast cells and goblet cells of intestinal mucosal in Yellow broiler.A total of two hundreds 1-day-old broilers were randomly divided into five groups,and each group cinsisted of 4 replicates with 10 briolers each.The treament group I was the control group,which fed with the basal diet;treament group Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ was fed with 5,10,15 g/kg Lactobacillus acidophilus and 20 mg/kg aureomycin in the basal diet,respectively.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,the number of the mast cells and goblet cells in small intestine in group Ⅳ increased significantly(P〈0.05),and the number of the mast cells in small intestine in group Ⅱ、Ⅲ was increased(P〉0.05),while the number of the mast cells from jejumum to ileum in group V significantly decreased(P〈0.05).Compared with the control group, the number of the goblet cells in small intestine in group Ⅲ was significantly increased(P〈0.05),while that of groupⅡwas increased insignificantly(P〉0.05),and that of group Ⅴ was significantly decreased(P〈0.05).The results indicate that the supplementation of lactobacillus acidophilus at 15 g/kg could signicantly increase the number of mucosal immunity-associated cells in small intestine of broilers.
