摘要
目的探讨CD10表达在滋养叶细胞疾病临床诊断中的临床意义。方法选取115例滋养叶细胞疾病患者病理样本设为观察组,另选取100例子宫肿瘤患者病理样本设为对照组(子宫内膜间质瘤50例,子宫平滑肌瘤50例),采用免疫组化SP法两组患者组织样本进行CD10表达情况分析,比较两组患者的CD10阳性表达率情况。结果观察组CD10表达阳性率为98%,显著高于对照组的48%,并具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。但和子宫内膜间质瘤患者相比CD10阳性表达率无显著性差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论滋养叶细胞疾病的CD10阳性表达率极高,可作为临床滋养叶细胞临床诊断参考指标之一,但需要注意和表达CD10极高的子宫内膜间质瘤进行鉴别。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical signiifcance of CD10 expression in the diagnosis of gestational trophoblastic disease.Methods 115 cases of patients with trophoblastic disease pathological sample for the observation group, 100 cases were elected to take in patients with uterine tumor sample set as control group （50 cases, 50 cases of stromal tumor of uterine leiomyoma of uterus）, using immunohistochemical SP method in two patients with tissue samples from CD10 expression analysis, comparison the positive expression of CD10 in two groups of patients with rate.ResultsIn the observation group, the positive rate of CD10 was 98%, signiifcantly higher than the control group of 48%, and has signiifcant difference,P〈0.05, has statistical signiifcance, but and endometrial stromal tumor patients compared with CD10 positive expression rate had no significant difference,P〉0.05, no statistical significance.Conclusion The positive expression of CD10 in gestational trophoblastic disease rate is very high, can be used as reference for clinical diagnosis of trophoblastic cells, but need to pay attention to and the expression of CD10 high endometrial stromal tumors were identiifed.
