摘要
从地理学、经济学等角度,以江苏省为例,探索经济型酒店在江苏省内的时间和空间扩张特征。研究发现江苏省经济型酒店在十年时间总体处于不断扩张的态势;在时间维度上,扩张历程分为三个阶段:初步萌芽、高速发展和成熟转型阶段;在空间维度上,表现出苏南的经济型酒店扩张水平明显高于苏中和苏北地区。区域经济发展水平、区域人口构成、旅游业的带动、政策引导是经济型酒店扩张的重要影响因素。
This paper took Jiangsu Province for a case, trying to explore the spatial- temporal characteristics of the economy hotel＇s expansion in Jiangsu Province from the perspective of geography and economics, etc. The study discovered that, overall, the economy hotels in Jiangsu Province had being in a constantly expanding trend during the ten years. On the time dimension, the expansion process of the economy hotel was divided into three stages ： The beginning was rapid development and the stage of maturing and transition. On the spatial dimension, the expansion level of economy hotels in the southern Jiangsu Province was obviously higher than that of the rest areas in Jiangsu Province. It showed that those four elements ： Regional eco- nomic development levels, the regional population composition, the pulling effect of tourism and policy guidance, had certain effects on the expansion of the economy hotel.
