摘要
目的:评价片段弓技术远中直立严重近中倾斜阻生的下颌第二磨牙的疗效。方法:选择7例,共12颗下颌第二磨牙严重近中倾斜阻生病例,采用片段弓技术远中直立近中倾斜阻生的第二磨牙,观察倾斜牙直立的临床效果和所需时间,通过头影测量和曲面断层片评价其疗效。结果:采用片段弓技术远中直立严重近中倾斜阻生的第二磨牙,平均疗程3个月,12颗第二磨牙近中倾斜角从68.42°±5.99°增加为102.85°±4.84°,平均增加34.42°±9.34°,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用片段弓远中扶正近中倾斜阻生的下颌第二磨牙是一种简便,有效的方法,临床效果满意。
Objective：To assess the treatment method and outcome of mesially impacted second molars. Method： 7 patients with mesially impacted 12 second molars were treated with segmented springs,then evaluated the effect and period of treatment by cephalometry and panoramic radiograph. Result：The method of segmented springs can quickly and conve-niently upright mesially impacted molars. Mean treatment period was 3 months,The mandibular second molars＇ mesially in-clined angle increased from 68.42±5.99° to 102.85±4.84°,increased by 34.42±9.34°,there were Significantly differences be-tween the groups before and after treatment. Conclusion：This orthodontic molar uprighting technique was an easy and reli-able way to upright the impacted molars,the outcome is Satisfying.
