摘要
目的:探讨孕期健康教育在妇产科护理中的临床研究。方法抽取我院2012年4月~2013年4月收治的62例妇产科患者为研究对象,在征得患者同意的前提下将患者分为两组,分别为对照组(31例)和观察组(31例),对照组孕妇使用常规的护理方法,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上增加孕期的健康教育,比较两组患者对于孕妇的相关的健康知识的掌握程度以及患者对于医院护理的满意度。结果对照组孕妇对于孕妇相关健康知识掌握的程度明显优于对照组的孕妇,且观察组孕妇对于医院的护理的满意度明显高于对照组,观察组孕妇的自然分娩率明显高于对照组,两组的护理效果差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论孕期健康教育对比提升妇产科护理质量方面有十分明显的效果,孕妇不仅对于孕期相关的健康知识能够更好地掌握,还能提高自然分娩率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical studies of health education in pregnancy care in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 62 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were selected as the study object, under the premise of patient consent, the patients were divided into two groups,a control group (31 cases) and an observation group (31 cases), the control group received conventional methods of care for pregnant women, the observation group further received health education during pregnancy on the basis of routine care, the mastery of knowledge related to the health of pregnant women and patients for hospital care and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The degree of maternal health knowledge in the control group was superior than that in the control group of pregnant women, and satisfaction to hospital care of the observation group for pregnant women was significantly higher than that of the control group, natural birth rate in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, care effect between the two groups was significantly different, with statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Pregnancy health education enhance obstetrics quality of care with a very significant effect, not only for pregnant women, pregnancy-related health knowledge to better grasp, but also improve the natural birth rate, is worthy of promotion.
