摘要
目的：通过对我院2012年接诊的259例确诊AIDS患者/HIV感染者感染途径进行分析，为艾滋病的预防提供依据。方法：2012年1月1日～12月31日，我院共接诊经疾控部门确诊、并转介来治疗的AIDS患者/HIV感染者259例，通过面对面接诊，了解并记录感染途径。结果：259例AIDS患者/HIV感染者中，男-男同性恋感染者162例，异性恋感染者69例，静脉吸毒感染者2例，母婴传播感染者1例，输血感染者1例，其他途径感染者6例，尚不明确者18例。结论：艾滋病的传播途径主要有血液传播、性传播、母婴传播，通过对我院2012年接诊的259例AIDS患者/HIV感染者感染途径进行分析，发现性传播为目前主要的传播方式，加强性卫生教育为目前预防艾滋病的主要途径。
Objective：To 259 cases of patients diagnosed with AIDS infection in our hospital in 2012 were analyzed,and provide evidence for AIDS prevention. Methods：from January 1, 2012 -12 month 31 days,259 AIDS patients in our hospital were examined by the disease control department confirmed, and referral to treatment of patients （CD4〈350/ul）, face to face consultation, understanding and recording the route of infection.Results：259 cases of AIDS patients in 162 cases of the men - gay men infected through heterosexual, through 69 cases of infection, 2 cases were infected through intravenous drug use,1 cases of mother to child transmission of infection, 1 cases infected by blood transfusion,6 cases of other ways of infection, 18 cases is not clear.？Conclusion：AIDS transmission are： blood transmission, sexual transmission, mother to child transmission,through 259 cases infection were analyzed in our hospital from 2012 admissions, found that sexual contact as the main mode of transmission, so to strengthen the health education as the main way of the prevention of HIV disease.
