摘要
澳大利亚图书馆与信息协会以提升行业专业水准为目标,提出了从业人员专业化要求,并通过专业课程认证、职业资格认证、职业教育与培训等途径实现这一目标,其制度和措施为我国图书馆行业开展相关活动提供了启示和借鉴。
With the intent of raising the professional level of the sector, Australian Library and Information Association sets forth professional development goals for practitioners and makes an effort to achieve them through courses ac-creditation, professional qualifications certification and training, which can be derived for reference and as en-lightenment for Chinese library associations.
