摘要
通过施用传统营养液、控释氮肥及控释氮肥配合营养液进行基质栽培番茄,探讨了控释氮肥与营养液配合对番茄产量和品质的影响。结果表明,施用等氮量控释氮肥配合磷钾营养液(UL2)较传统营养液(NS)果实产量无显著差异,但较施用等氮量速效氮肥配合磷钾营养液(UL1)果实产量显著增加了22.0%;当底施肥料替代全部营养液氮、磷、钾时,等氮量控释尿素(CRU2)较等氮量速效尿素(Urea)果实产量显著增加了28.1%,且高50%,施氮量控释尿素(CRU3)较传统营养液果实产量无显著差异;UL2较UL1糖酸比显著增加了29.6%,且番茄果实硝态氮含量较NS显著降低了50.0%。因此,控释氮肥在基质栽培番茄上较速效氮肥有显著的增产及提高品质的效果。与传统营养液相比,等氮量控释氮肥配合磷钾营养液的施用可以保证产量和品质,既简化了营养液配方,又降低了番茄果实中硝态氮含量,提高了食用安全性,可以在基质栽培生产上广泛地推广应用。
The effects of nitrogen in traditional nutrient solution replaced by controlled release urea(CRU)on yield and quality in substrate culture tomato was studied.The results showed that yield of the same amount nitrogen using CRU with P,K solution(UL2)was not significantly different compared with traditional nutrient solution(NS),but the yield of UL2 was increased significantly by 22%compared with the same amount nitrogen using urea(UL1).The yield of the same amount nitrogen using CRU(CRU2)was significantly increased by 28.1%compared with the same amount nitrogen using urea(Urea)when the N,P,K in solution was instead by fertilizer,and the yield of 1.5times amount nitrogen using CRU(CRU3)was not significantly different compared with NS.The sugar-acid ratio of UL2 was increased by 29.6%compared with UL1,and the fruit NO3--N content of UL2 was significantly reduced by 50% compared with NS.Therefore,the yield of CRU was significantly increased and the quality was significantly improved compared with the water soluble nitrogen fertilizer.The production and quality could be guaranteed by using the controlled release nitrogen fertilizer with N,P solution,not only the formula and the constitute of traditional nutrient solution was simplified,but also the fruit NO3--N content was reduced at the same time,which improved the edible safety of tomato fruit.Nitrogen in traditional nutrient solution replaced by controlled release urea could be extensively applied in substrate culture production.
