摘要
多品种、小批量的冲压产品生产管理比较复杂,一直困扰着生产管理者。根据多品种、小批量冲压产品生产特点,对满足其要求的制造执行系统进行了分析,构建了制造执行系统层次结构,设计其功能。该系统不仅能够完成对生产的管理、分析及数据的可视化展现,并能够对生产现场状态跟踪、生产效率与模具寿命的预测。通过企业的实际应用,验证了该系统能够很好地满足多品种、小批量冲压产品生产车间管理,提高生产效益。
Varieties and small batch of the stamping products are complicated, which always puzzled production managers.In this article, the manufacturing execution system which could satisfy the production character of such products is analyzed, and its hierarchical structure is built, then its function is designed.The system can not only complete the production management and analysis, display the visual of data;but also track the production state, predict production efficiency and the mould life cycle.Through practical application, the system can be verified to satisfy the management of varieties, small batch stamping production workshop, and improve the production efficiency.
