儿童紫癜性肾炎流行病学、发病机制及相关生物学指标研究进展 被引量：14

摘要 过敏性紫癜（HSP）是儿童时期最常见的一种以非血小板减少性紫癜为特征性临床表现的系统性小血管炎症,可引起不同的临床表现,包括皮肤紫癜、腹痛、关节炎及紫癜性肾炎（HSPN）等。在HSP患者中HSPN的发生率为30%~50%,极少部分进展为慢性肾脏疾病,肾脏受损的严重程度决定了患者的病程及临床预后。有研究表明,可以通过血清中基质金属蛋白酶-9、正五聚蛋白-3、平滑肌肌动蛋白等生物学指标对HSPN进行早期诊断和预测肾损伤的严重程度。本文对HSPN的流行病学、发病机制及相关生物学指标的研究进展予以综述。
