血清降钙素原在新生儿感染性疾病中的诊断价值分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探析血清降钙素原(PCT)水平在新生儿感染性疾病中的表达及诊断价值。方法入选我院2013年6月至2014年6月收治的新生儿144例,按照感染情况分为重症感染组46例,一般感染组48例,非感染组50例,采用免疫发光法检测并比较各组PCT水平;绘制ROC曲线判断诊断重症感染截断值。结果重症感染组血清PCT水平(13.9±6.5)ng/ml显著高于一般感染组(1.2±1.3)ng/ml和非感染组(0.2±0.2)ng/ml,一般感染组显著高于非感染组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);诊断重症感染的血清PCT最佳截断值是0.97 ng/ml,此时灵敏度为95.5%,特异度为93.9%。结论新生儿感染者的血清PCT水平显著升高,且病情越严重其值越高,血清PCT水平可作为新生儿感染性疾病诊断指标。
