摘要
设计并实现了一套基于嵌入式系统的触摸屏显示和控制系统,可以广泛应用于工业现场自动控制技术之中,通过触摸屏实现对工业现场操作设备的在线监测和远程控制,提高生产效率,降低人工成本和安全隐患。采用三星公司S3C2416芯片作为系统核心处理器,设计了包含电源模块,USB下载模块,触摸屏显示模块和RS485串口通信模块的硬件电路,实现组态软件下载,控制触摸屏与PLC的通信,并通过触摸屏显示和控制PLC的工作状态,进而实现对PLC所连接设备的工作状态的显示和控制。
In this paper we desiged and realized an efficiant and real-time monitor and contral system based on embeded system.It can be used widely in the automatic control technology in industrial field to display the working status of linked equipment and remote control equipment in order to increase the efficiancy and decrease the cost and potential safety hazard.This system adopts S3C2416 as the core processor and designs a hardware circuit include USB download module,touch screen display module and RS485 serial communication module in order to realize the download of configuration software,to control the communication between touch screen and PLC and display and contral the status of PLC in oder to realize the display and contral of equipment which communicated wifh the PLC.
