摘要
目的:优选敷胸巴布贴剂的最优基质配方,制备性能优良的敷胸巴布贴剂。方法:用L18(37)正交实验法,以初粘力、剥离强度为量化指标,结合膏体的均匀性、柔软性、涂展性、膜残留量、反复粘贴等综合感官评分指标,优选出敷胸巴布贴剂基质配方。结果:敷胸巴布贴剂基质的最佳选项为A3B1C1E1F2G1,即羧甲基纤维素钠∶丙三醇∶卡波姆∶明胶∶聚丙烯酸钠∶尼泊金甲酯∶水=22∶18∶3.5∶3.5∶1.0∶0.5∶30。结论:按最佳工艺条件制备的敷胸巴布贴剂外观平整光滑,膏体柔软,保湿性及粘附性均良好,与敷胸药粉具有良好的相容性。
Objective： To optimize the formula ratio of matrix to prepare better Fuxiong cataplasm. Methods： L18（ 37） orthogonal test method is used and tacking strength,cohesive strength and appearances were used as evaluation indices,combined with the skin adhesive ability,shapability,appearance characters,comfort property and residual property of skin to select the optimal formula for Fuxiong cataplasm. Results： Optimal proportion of Fuxiong cataplasm was A3B1C1E1F2G1,that was cellulose sodium： glycerol： carbomer： gelatin： sodium polyacrylate： methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate： water = 22 ∶ 18 ∶ 3. 5 ∶ 3. 5 ∶ 1. 0 ∶ 0. 5 ∶ 30. Conclsion： Fuxiong cataplasm which was prepared accordiong to the optimum process has smooth appearance,soft paste,good moisture adhesion and good compatibility with chest powder.
