摘要
以离心铸造复合辊套外层用高铬铸铁为研究对象,通过添加不同含量的B来研究其对高铬铸铁组织与性能的影响。结果表明,B的加入使得高铬铸铁中的共晶碳化物由尖锐棱角的长条状转变成断续、孤立的团球状或板条状分布,组织明显细化,且分布均匀。当B添加量为0.3%时,铸铁的综合力学性能达到最佳。
Influences of boron addition on microstructure and properties of high chromium cast iron with centrifugal composite casting outer layer were investigated. The results show that the eutectic carbides in high chromium cast iron with addition of boron is converted into discontinuous, isolated globular or plate strip distribution from the sharp edges of the strip shape, and microstructure is refined obviously with uniform distribution. With boron addition of 0.3 %, comprehensive mechanical properties of cast i- ron exhibits desirable.
