军队三级甲等医院心血管危重症专科护士工作压力源的调查 被引量:4

Investigation of Job Stressors of Acute Cardiovascular Specialist Nurses in Military Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ Hospitals

摘要 目的调查军队三级甲等医院心血管危重症专科护士的工作压力源和压力水平,并探讨降低其压力的对策。方法便利抽样选取2012年3月北京市3所军队三级甲等医院5个心血管危重症监护室95名临床一线的护士为调查对象,采用中国护士工作压力源量表问卷对其压力源和压力水平进行调查。结果心血管危重症专科护士平均压力水平为(2.65±0.43)分,处于高压力水平;在工作量及时间分配问题上压力水平最高。压力源得分最高的前5项依次为工作量大、非护理性工作多、工资及福利待遇低、经常倒班、患者病情重。不同职称护士间压力水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),本科及以上学历护士在护理专业及工作环境及资源方面压力水平明显高于大专学历护士(均P<0.05),军人护士在管理及人际关系方面的压力水平高于非军人护士(P<0.05)。结论心血管危重症专科护士工作压力处于较高水平,不同学历、人事关系的护士之间存在差异。建议医院管理层关注护士压力问题,采取合理配备人力资源、提高福利待遇、促进护士职业发展等措施,减轻护士工作压力,提高护士整体素质。 Objective To investigate the job stressors and level of pressure of acute cardiovascular specialist nurses in Military ClassⅢ GradeⅠ hospitals,and to explore the countermeasures to reduce their pressure.Methods By convenience sampling,95 clinical nurses were selected and their job stressors and level of pressure were investigated by using Chinese nurse job stressors scale.Results The level of job stress in acute cardiovascular disease specialist nurses was(2.65±0.43),which was in a high stress level.Workload and time allocation were the main job stressors,and the top five highly scored dimensions were huge workload,non-nursing related job,low wages and bonus,lots of shift work and the patient with severe illness.There was no significant difference between nurses with different titles(P〉0.05),while nurses with bachelor degree or above had significantly higher level of pressure in nursing profession,working environment and resources than college degree nurses(all P〈0.05).The military nurses in management and interpersonal relationship perspective had higher pressure than the civilian nurses(P〈0.05).ConclusionThe job pressure in acute cardiovascular disease specialist nurses is in a high level,and there are differences appeared between different education background and personal relations.It is suggested that the hospital manager should focus on the nurse's job pressure problem by reasonably taking measures to allocate the human resource,increase the wages and welfare,promote the nurses career development measures,reduce the nurse work pressure,and improve the nurses integrated quality.
