摘要
近年来,随着"工业反哺农业,城市支持农村"政策的实施,农村公共服务供求矛盾得到缓解,但农村公共服务质量问题却逐渐凸现出来。基于此,主要以陕西省农村公共服务问题进行问卷调查,运用改进的Servqual模型从有形性、可靠性、响应性、保证性、移情性、透明性六大维度来评价农村公共服务质量,对其存在的问题进行系统的理论研究和实证分析。研究表明,农民对公共服务的期望与实际感知价值之间存在很大差距,农村公共服务质量存在严重不足。针对上述情况提出了提升农村公共服务质量四项政策建议。
In recent years,with the "industry nurturing agriculture and cities support the countryside" policy,the rural public service supply and demand contradictory gradually ease,the rural public service quality problems manifest themselves.Rural public service quality problem attaches great importance to by the parties,the article mainly based on the questionnaire survey in Shaanxi Province rural public service problems,using the improved Servqual model from tangible,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,empathy and transparency six dimensions to evaluate the quality of the rural public service,on the main problems of rural public service system of theoretical research and empirical analysis,put forward the policy suggestions on improving the quality of the rural public service.
