摘要
现代学徒制人才培养模式是校企一体化育人,是提高技能型人才培养质量的有效途径。湖州职业技术学院以汽车后市场人才需求为导向,通过微观层面的制度创新与设计,针对汽车类专业开展了现代学徒制人才培养模式试点,在技能型人才培养、校企合作常态化机制、"双师"素质教师培养等方面取得了明显的效果。
The modern apprenticeship is an effective approach to implement the integrated cultivation model coordinated by school and enter-prise,and improve the cultivation quality of the skill oriented talent.Huzhou Vocational and Technical College took the talent demand of automobile market as the orientation,innovated and designed the policies from a micro level,and conducted a trial of modern apprenticeship cultivation model in automobile majors.The trial achieved a significant effect in the skill oriented talent cultivation,regular school enter-prise cooperation and double certificate teaching force cultivation.
