摘要
通过材质检测、金相分析、扫描电镜观察及能谱分析等手段,对齿轮端面在热处理过程中产生凹坑缺陷的原因进行分析。结果表明:凹坑产生的主要原因是齿轮端面S、Si、Al、Ca等元素局部偏析,在炉内不可完全避免有氧环境条件下,成分偏析部位严重氧化形成氧化皮经喷丸处理后表层的氧化皮又被清理掉。
Through material testing,metallurgical analysis,scanning electron microscopy and spectroscopy analysis,the reason for the gear end pit defects produced during the heat treatment was analyzed.The results show that:the main reason is that:S,Si,Al,Ca and other elements of the gear face are partly segregated,and do not completely avoid oxygen in the furnace under ambient conditions.Segregation site is severely oxidized to form an oxide skin,and the surface of the oxide skin is cleaned up by shot peening treatment.
