摘要
北京绿地中心4号商务办公楼工程建筑高度达到260 m,核心筒主要为电梯井道,共计26部电梯,井道隔墙达到12.6 m高。为解决首层超高隔墙施工的整体稳定性、井道抗风压、耐火性和隔声性能等问题,施工中增加了型钢骨架,并采用了轻质隔墙系统,取得了较好的效果。
Beijing Greenland center No.4 commercial office building construction height reaches 260m, the core tube is mainly an elevator shaft, a total of 26 elevator hoist way walls up to 12.6 m tall. In order to solve the first layer of overall stability, super high wall construction well wind resistance, fire resistance, sound insulation performance problem, we added a steel framework, and use a lightweight partition system, and achieved good results.
