摘要
为了解决水泥基灌浆料施工过程中容易出现泌水离析的问题,研究了不同增稠物质对水泥基灌浆料的抗泌水离析性能和抗开裂性能的影响。结果表明,粘度改性剂A和低黏度纤维素醚在0.05%和0.01%的掺量条件下,都具有良好的保水性能和粘聚性能,而不明显影响灌浆料的流动度,流动度在300 mm以上,大大改善了灌浆料的抗泌水离析能力,且对灌浆料早期强度无影响。纤维素醚对改善灌浆料的早期抗裂性能效果显著,抗开裂性能比达到53%。
In order to solve the bleeding and segregation of cementitious grout in the construction process,performance of ce- mentitious grout on bleeding and segregation resistance and crack-resistance by using different thickener have been studied. The results show that the viscosity reducer of A and low-viscosity cellulose ether have good water retention and cohesiveness at 0.05% and 0.01% adding volume in the cementitious grout,and have no adverse effect on fluidity of cementitious grout, have fluidity of 300mm. It improved the bleeding and segregation resistance of cementitious grout,and have no adverse effect on early compressive strength. Cellulose ether has very good performance of early cracking-resistance on cementitious grout. Performance of cracking-re- sistance achieved 53 percent.
