摘要
以我国各省为研究对象,依据2012年中国科技统计年鉴科学普及统计选取科技服务科普专职人员、兼职人员、科技馆数量等结果指标,采用主成分分析法,通过降维提取综合评价因素并实施评价,研究发现,我国各省科学普及整体发展水平不均衡,共分为4类,江浙地区发展较好,西部地区发展较差。针对我国科技普及发展现状提出相应的建议。
Taking the provinces in our country as the research object,according to the 2012 Chinese statistical yearbook of the popularization of science on science and technology,the paper selects professional science technology services staff, part -time personnel,science and technology museum etc as the results indexes,uses the method of principal component analysis,and extracts comprehensive evaluation factors by reduction for evaluation.The study found the overall level of pro-vincial science popularization is not balanced.It is divided into 4 categories.For instance,Jiangsu and Zhejiang area are better in this respect,but the development of the western regions is poor.At the same time,the paper puts forward the cor-responding suggestions for the popularization of science and technology development in China.
