摘要
目的:探讨孕产妇住院期间健康教育模式,以提高健康教育实施效果。方法:将60例孕产妇随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,观察组有计划、多形式、分时段接受孕产妇住院健康教育,并由责任护士和孕产妇对需要掌握的内容进行互动,对部分不能掌握的内容适时强化。对照组则采用产科常规住院宣教。比较两组孕产妇健康教育效果。结果:观察组在健康教育知识理解、自我护理内容掌握、依从行为以及对健康教育方式的满意度方面均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:有计划、多形式、分时段以及互动、适时强化的健康教育模式优于产科常规住院宣教,可有效提高健康教育实施效果。
Objective:To discuss health education mode of pregnant women in hospital,to improve the effect of health ed-ucation. Methods:sixty patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group, the observation group consists of pregnant women educated by well planed,multi—formed and periodical hospital health educa-tion,and interacted by responsible nurses and pregnant women to strengthen content that can not master. Patients in control group were treated with normal hospital methods. Finally to compare the education effect of pregnant women in two groups. Re-sults:The observation group members are better understood the health education knowledge,the content of self care mastering, compliance and health education satisfaction than those in the control group(P 〈0. 01). Conclusion:Well planed,multi —formed,periodically and interactive,timely strengthened health education mode is better than that of normal hospital methods, and can effectively improve the effect of health education.
