摘要
针对唐山煤矿回采工作面和掘进工作面的布置情况,通过计算矿井各生产单元的生产能力和需风量,得到了矿井生产能力和需风量的对应数据,并在分析矿井生产能力和需风量主要影响因素基础上,通过数据的曲线拟合方法得出了唐山煤矿矿井生产能力与矿井需风量的关系方程.借助该关系方程,唐山煤矿可根据矿井的实际生产能力,方便地调节矿井的供风量,既有利于矿井的安全生产,又有利于通风能耗的降低.
According to the arrangement of Tangshan coal mining face and heading face, the production capacity and wind demand for each unit was calculated. On the basis of the data and the analysis of production capacity and the required amount of wind, the relation-ship equation between the production capacity and the required amount of wind was obtained by using data fitting. With this,Tangshan coal mine could easily adjust the amount of wind according to the actual production capacity, which is helpful to safe production and conducive to reducing the energy consumption of ventilation.
