摘要
在对虚拟知识社区、中医学习共同体概念简介的基础上,结合中医学科特点和中医人才培养难点,通过构建中医学习共同体,引入虚拟知识社区,营造共同文化氛围,完善激励机制等设计步骤,体现中医学习共同体实践的必要性、可行性和先进性,并对该实践活动的意义进行总结。
This paper gives a brief introduction to concepts of virtual knowledge community and TCM learningcommunity. Features of TCM major and difficult areas of TCM talent training are discussed. By establishment ofTCM learning community and introduction of virtual knowledge community, the paper attempts to build commonculture atmosphere, and perfect incentive system. Necessity, feasibility and advancement of TCM learningcommunities are embodied. Significance of the practical activity is summarized.
