摘要
[目的]对膝关节周围血管在下肢修复中的应用现状作一综述。[方法]查阅近几年国内外有关膝关节周围主要血管在下肢修复中应用的相关文献,进行分析总结。[结果]膝周血管由膝降动脉、膝上/下内侧动脉、膝中动脉、膝上/下外侧动脉、旋股外侧动脉降支、胫前动脉返支、旋腓骨动脉、腓肠动脉等组成,可利用这些血管为蒂切取相应的皮瓣修复下肢组织损伤。[结论]膝关节周围血管丰富,有广泛的吻合支,可以根据组织损伤情况灵活设计治疗方案。
[Objective]To review the progress in the application of knee peripheral vascular in lower extremity injuries.[Method]Recent literature concerning the application of knee peripheral vascular in lower extremity injuries was extensively reviewed,analyzed,and summarized.[Result]Knee peripheral vascular consist of knee descending artery,medial superior genicular artery,medial inferior genicular artery,middle genicular artery,lateral superior genicular artery,lateral inferior genicular artery,descending branch of the lateral femoral circumflex artery,anterior tibial recurrent artery,circumflex fibular artery,sural artery,we can dissect relevant flaps pedicled with these vascular to repair lower extremity injuries.[Conclusion]Several treatment plans can be designed flexibly according to the injuries due to the abundant and extensive anastomosis of knee peripheral vascular.
