摘要
针对常规电路在油纸绝缘老化诊断中的局限性,提出应用混联等效电路来表征油纸绝缘介质极化响应特性,并将其用于油纸绝缘变压器老化诊断的分析中。该电路在扩展德拜模型的基础上加入混联支路来表征复杂的界面反应,由此提出混联电路参数辨识的数学模型,最后结合回复电压测试仪RVM5461测量得到的数据进行混联电路的有效性分析和混联支路数的探讨。研究结果表明,混联电路更能真实反映极化谱特性,其吻合度高于扩展徳拜模型,且当油纸绝缘变压器老化或受潮越严重时,混联支路数有增多的趋势。因此,论文提出的油纸绝缘混联等效电路模型为准确评估油纸绝缘老化状态提供一种可靠有力的分析手段,具有一定的参考价值。
In order to overcome the limitation of conventional circuit in the aging diagnosis of oil-paper insulation , this paper introduces the parallel-series equivalent circuit model which can reflect the polarization responses of oil-paper insulation medium and be used in the analysis of aging diagnosis .Based on extended Debye model, the hy-brid branch was joined to reflect the complex interface reaction , and the mathematical model of the parallel-series circuit parameters’ identification was proposed.Through the return voltage tester RVM5461, the validity of paral-lel-series circuits and the number of parallel-series branch is analyzed .The results show that the parallel-series cir-cuit can truly reflect the polarization characteristics of oil-paper insulation and the polarization spectrum of parallel-series circuit and measurement coincide with higher degree than that of extended Debye model .The number of par-allel-series branch will increase with the more aging serious of transformer .Therefore, the parallel-series equivalent circuit is one of effective means in the assessment of oil-paper insulation aging status.
