摘要
目的:探讨老年胃癌患者围手术期的临床护理方法,提高患者生存质量。方法:采用回顾性方法,分析在我院行胃癌手术患者的临床资料,主要的围手术期护理方法有术前护理、术后护理、营养支持及其他相应护理措施。结果:通过有效地的临床护理,89例患者中88例手术顺利,全部康复出院。1例因消化道出血于术后第3天死亡,总体效果满意。结论:及时有效地临床护理能减轻患者心理负担,让患者积极配合治疗,改善或维持患者营养状况,使术后并发症能得到有效预防,促进了患者康复。
Objective： To investigate the method of clinical nursing for elderly patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period, improve the quality of life of patients. Methods： retrospective analysis clinical data, in patients of our hospital for gastric cancer surgery, perioperative nursing methods mainly have the nutritional support before operation, nursing and postoperative nursing, and other corresponding nursing measures. Results： the clinical care effectively in 89 cases in 88 cases of surgery, all were discharged from the hospital. 1 patients with digestive tract hemorrhage died third days after stenting, the overall effect is satisfactory. Conclusion： timely and effective clinical nursing can reduce the burden of mental patients, so that patients actively cooperate with the treatment, improve or maintain the nutritional status of the patients, the postoperative complications can be effectively prevented, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
