摘要
目的：对比分析Metapex糊剂在不同年龄阶段的慢性根尖周炎患者中的治疗效果。方法：选取183例慢性根尖周炎患者，按年龄分为三组，Metapex糊剂治疗并随访半年，在4个不同的时间点检测治疗有效率。结果：在治疗1月、3月后，年龄在30~50岁组的治疗有效率要显著的高于年龄〉50岁组（P=0.044，P=O．01），而与年龄〈30岁的患者无显著的差异（P=0.081）；而在6个月时，30~50岁组的治疗有效率均要明显高于其它两组（P=0.013；P〈0.01）。结论：Metapex糊剂在30—50岁组的有效率最高，而在〉50岁的慢性根尖周炎患者中有效率最差，说明Metapex糊剂治疗在不同年龄阶段的慢性根尖周炎存在不同的治疗效果。
Objective： To analyze the treatment effect of Metapex in different ages patients with periapical inflammation; Method： we select 183 cases of chronic periapical patients, who were divided 3 groups by age. Using Metapex to treat those patients and following up six months. At last, we detected the treatment efficiency of different patients group at different time points; Result： After 1 month, 3 months, the patients aged 30-50 have better treatment efficiency than other two group（P = 0.044, P = 0.01）, while there is no difference between patients aged 30-50 and younger 30 （P=0.081） . After 6 months, the treatment efficiency is best in group aged 30-50 years （P=0.013; P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion： The efficiency of Metapex was best in patient aged 30-50, which shows the age-specific in treatment efficiency of Metapex on patients with periapical inflammation.
