摘要
综述行动研究在护理领域的应用进展,指出行动研究已渗透到护理教育、临床实践、疾病管理、护士培训、社区护理等方面并取得良好成效,国外行动研究发展较为成熟,国内关于行动研究的理论阐述较多,实践研究较少。今后行动研究应更多地应用于社区护理、慢性病病人自我管理等方面。
It reviewed the application progress of action research in nursing field.It pointed out that the action research has penetrated into nursing education,clinical practice,disease management,nurse training and commu-nity nursing and has achieved good results.The foreign action research has developed to relatively mature,but the domestic theory of action research in the paper was more and the practice of action research was less.Action research should be more applied in the community care and self management of chronic disease patient in the future research.
