摘要
目的探讨助产护士产前门诊对孕产妇心理状态、分娩结局和满意度的影响。方法选择2013年重庆市云阳县人民医院160例孕产妇的临床资料,接受产前常规门诊及产前助产士门诊的80例孕产妇纳入观察组,仅接受常规产前门诊的80例孕产妇纳入对照组。比较两组孕产妇心理状态、分娩结局与满意度。结果观察组剖宫产率为28.75%(23/80),低于对照组的42.50%(34/80)(P<0.05);观察组出院时焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意率为100%(80/80),高于对照组的93.75%(75/80)(P<0.05)。结论助产护士产前门诊对改善孕产妇负性心理状态,降低剖宫产率和提高分娩满意度有积极影响。
Objective To study the influence of nurse midwifery antenatal clinic on maternal psychological status,birth outcomes and satisfaction. Methods Clinical data of 160 pregnant women in Yunyang County People ＇s Hospital during 2013 were selected. 80 cases received routine prenatal clinic service and nurse midwifery antenatal clinic service on were selected as observation group,80 cases only received routine prenatal clinic service were selected as control group,the maternal psychological status,satisfaction,delivery outcomes between two groups were compared. Results The cesarean section rate of observation group [28. 75 %（ 23 /80） ]was lower than the control group[42. 50 %（ 34 /80） ]（ P〈0. 05）. The anxiety score,depression score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction rate of observation group[100 %（ 80 /80） ] was higher than the control group[93. 75 %（ 75 /80） ]（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nurse midwife antenatal clinic can ameliorate the negative psychological status of pregnant women,reduce the cesarean section rate and has a positive effect to improve delivery satisfaction.
