摘要
目的探讨采用乌司他丁联合柴芍承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法从本院所收治的急性胰腺炎患者当中选取84例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各42例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用乌司他丁联合柴芍承气汤治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶以及CRP明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用乌司他丁联合柴芍承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎,安全性高,治疗效果好,值得临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ulinastatin combined with Chaishao Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods selected 84 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment group treated by ulinas-tatin combined with Chaishao Chengqi Decoction on the basis of conventional therapy. Treatment effect of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference（ P〈0.05）. serum amylase, urine amylase and CRP of treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the use of ulinastatin combined with Chaishao Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreati-tis, high safety, good treatment effect, it is worth using widely in clinic.
