摘要
网络"微课"是近年来出现的一种新型的学习资源,它作为一种开放教育资源而逐步被人们所关注。作为一种开放教育资源,不仅是一种获取"鱼"的平台,更是一种展示"渔"技巧的平台,特别是对于高校青年教师成长来说,具有举足轻重的地位和作用。本文论述了利用网络"微课"开放资源平台和校内"微课"平台在高校青年教师培养中对青年教师成长的作用。
Micro-lecture,as an excellent platform for young teacher ’ growing-up, can insert an important influence in colleges and universities. The present article studies the special effect of network micro-lecture platform both in and outside campus on the young teachers’growth.
