摘要
选取2014年1月—2014年6月在我院分娩的产妇120例,随机分为观察组及对照组各60例,两组均常规进行母乳喂养指导,观察组再给予穴位配合乳房按摩,观察按摩效果。[结果]观察组产妇产后72h垂体泌乳素水平显著高于对照组,开始泌乳时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后24h、48h及72h泌乳量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]穴位配合乳房按摩在促进乳汁分泌中的应用效果优于常规母乳喂养指导。
Objective：To probe into the application effect of acupoints combined with breast massage in promoting milk secretion. Methods：A total of 120 parturient women in January 2014 - June 2014 in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each. The parturient women in both groups received conventional breast feeding guidance,and the parturient women in observation group were given acupoints combined with breast massage again, and then to observe the massage effect. Results： Pituitary prolactin level of parturient women in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group at 72 h after maternal postpartum,and the milk secretion starting time was earlier than that in control group （P〈0. 05）. Lactation quantity score at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after maternal postpartum in observa- tion group were all higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The application effect of acupoints combined with breast massage is superior to the conventional breastfeeding in promoting milk secretion.
