摘要
目的探讨社区医护成组角色扮演心肺复苏(CPR)培训效果。方法采用医护成组角色扮演的方法对102例社区医务人员进行CPR培训,分别于培训前后对医务人员发放CPR相关知识、态度及院外现场施救意愿调查问卷,并进行急救理论和技能的考核,以便比较培训前后问卷得分及理论和技能考核合格率的差异。培训结束时发放培训效果反馈调查表,了解医护人员对培训的反应和感受。结果培训前后,社区医务人员CPR相关知识、态度及院外急救场合施救意愿比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训结束后急救理论和技能考核合格率分别由15.7%和2.0%上升为100%。结论医护成组角色扮演CPR培训可有效提高社区医务人员CPR相关知识和技术水平,改善其在院外施救时不自信的态度,减轻其在施救时的顾虑和担心,值得推广应用。
[Objective] To explore the effectiveness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） training for health care workers in community hospitals through participatory training with a group of physician and nurse role-playing. [Methods] Totally 102 health care workers in the community hospitals received cardiopulmonary resuscitation training by using participatory training with a group of physician and nurse role-playing. All the health care workers were investigated with a questionnaire about knowledge and attitudes towards cardiopul- monary resuscitation, and willingness of pre-hospital rescue before and after the training. At the same time, they were tested with theory and skill examinations before and after the training. And at the end of the training, feedback questionnaires were distributed to them. [Results] Through participatory training with the training mode, the health care workers acquired significantly higher cardiopulmonary resuscitation related knowledge, skills, attitudes and willingness of pre-hospital rescue （P 〈 0.05）. And the theory examination passrate increased from 15.7% to 100% and the skill examination passrate increased from 2.0% to 100%. [Conclusions] The training mode can effectively improve health care workers＇ knowledge and skill level, and attitudes towards cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and enhance their confidence in rescue. This training mode is worth being popularized.
