儿科急诊护士心理健康现状及工作压力源 被引量:19

Pediatric Emergency Nurses' Mental Health Status and Job Stressors

摘要 目的探讨儿科急诊护士心理健康现状及工作压力源,以期为制定促进护士心理健康管理对策提供依据。方法2011年8月,便利抽样法选择上海市3所三级甲等医院中在儿科急诊工作1年以上的护士180名为研究对象。采用自制的一般情况调查表、护士工作压力源量表(nurse job stressors questionnaire,NJSQ)和症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)对其进行调查。结果儿科急诊护士SCL-90得分高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NJSQ评分中资源及工作环境、患者护理、护理专业及工作、管理及人际关系、时间分配及工作量分别为(3.08±0.96)、(3.05±0.98)、(2.97±0.97)、(2.92±0.98)、(2.88±0.96)分。儿科急诊护士工作压力源单项得分最高的是工作环境差。结论儿科急诊护士处于高强度的工作环境中,压力影响其身心健康,提示应采取切实有效的措施,不仅有利于护士自身的身心健康,更有利于充分提高工作效率及护理质量。 Objective To study on the pediatric emergency nurses' mental health status and job stressors, and to provide evidences for countermeasures establishment of nurses' mental health management.Methods By convenience sampling, one hundred and eighty nurses in pediatric emergency room were selected and investigated with the self-designed general questionnaire, Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire and the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results The score of SCL-90 was significantly higher than the norm (all P〈 0.05).The items' scores factors of resources and working environment,patients nursing,nursing profession and work, management and interpersonal relationship, time allocation and workload in NJSQ were (3.08±0.96), (3.05±0.98), (2.97±0.97), (2.92±0.98), (2.88±0.96)respectively. The score of bad working environment dimension in pediatric emergency nurses's job stressor was the highest.Conclusion The nurses in the pediatric transfusion room have high level of job stress,which had influenced their mental and physical health.It is suggested to take effective measures,not only helpful to the physical and mental health of nurses, but also to enhance the efficiency and quality of care.
