摘要
对松软煤层全液压钻机机架进行了设计分析,设计完成了松软煤层全液压钻机机架组件的整体方案;对松软煤层全液压钻机机架组件调斜升降功能分析;计算了机架升降调斜机构的自由度,确定了原动件数目,计算了升降调斜机构的极限位置;建立了机架结构的有限元模型。
The thesis completed the design and analysis of soft coal seam hydraulic drilling machine rack, mainly completes the whole design of soft coal seam hydraulic drilling machine rack assembly; the soft coal seam hydraulic drilling machine rack assembly tilting lifting function analysis; frame lifting tilting mechanism freedom calculation, determine the number of prime mover, limit position lifting regulation the calculation of oblique mechanism; establish the finite element model of the frame structure, the finite element analysis was carried out, the stress nephogram and stress defor marion of key parts.
