摘要 为解决原宽叶片螺旋钻杆使用芯棒绕制螺旋叶片回弹大,螺距不匀称,同时手工电弧焊接螺旋叶片咬边严重,焊缝成形差,焊接生产效率低下,产品质量不稳,钻杆矿上无规律断裂频繁等现象。通过不断的试验探索,研究出了更合理的工艺方法,采用绕螺旋叶片工装及自动焊接专机焊接螺旋叶片,提高了产品的整体质量及加工效率,增强了产品的市场竞争力。 In the past, manutacturing wide blade spiral drill, wounding spiral blade use a mandrel, which results in problems as follow: a large rebound, uneven pitch, and at the same time, when welding spiral blade use Manual arc, prone to the phenomenon as follows: severely undercut, weld poor, low welding productivity, unstable product quality, irregular fracture frequently. To solve these problems, we have developed around the screw blade of tooling and an automatic welding machine through continuous exploration test, which improve the overall product quality and process efficiency, and enhance the market competitiveness of products.
