摘要
袖阀管注浆技术可针对不同地层,不同设计要求,对注浆范围分段、定量、多次重复注浆的特点,在国外得到广泛应用。在国内地铁工程施工中也曾采用该技术加固地层。此文针对宝兰客运专线马鞍梁隧道进口浅埋段需要注浆加固的需要,阐述采用袖阀管注浆加固机理、工艺流程、所需材料及配比,并对其造价进行分析。
The sleeve valve tube grouting it can sect the grouting scope, construction technology is widely used quantify and repeat the grouting work abroad with the characteristics that according to different stratum, dif- ferent design requirements. The technology is also used for consolidating？ the？ ground in domestic sub- way construction. Aiming at the need of grouting reinforcement in Maanliang tunnel shallow buried sec- tion construction, this paper expounds the reinforcement mechanism, technological process, the required materials and matching adopting the sleeve valve tube grouting, and analyzes its cost.
