倒梯形大断面巷道设计与支护技术 被引量:1

Design for Inverted-trapezoid Large Section Roadway and Its Support Technology

摘要 随着矿井的不断开采,采场条件日趋复杂,带来应力集中、围岩变形量大等大量问题,严重制约着矿井的高产、高效。针对东滩煤矿含夹矸厚煤层综放工作面围岩地质条件,分析了原断面设计及支护方案的不足,提出了1种新的倒梯形大断面巷道形式,并设计了相应的支护参数。现场实践与测试表明:确定的巷道形状及支护参数能满足生产和安全需要。 With the continuous mining of the mine,the stope conditions become increasingly complex,which brings a lot of problems such as stress concentration,the deformation of surrounding rock,and seriously restricts the high yield and high efficiency of mine.For the geological conditions of fully mechanized caving face surrounding rock in Dongtan Coal Mine thick coal seam with gangue,we analyze the weakness of original section and support scheme,and propose a new inverted-trapezoid large section support scheme,design corresponding supporting parameters.The field practice and in-situ monitoring results show that the determined roadway shape and support parameters can meet the needs of the safety production.
