摘要 针对储运防腐技术实验教学与科研的需要,设计建设了一套大型综合性储运防腐技术教学实验平台,并开发出多种类型的实验项目。该平台综合运用各种先进技术,可模拟埋地油气管线阴极保护工艺系统及其运行工况、管线阴极保护参数检测、管线防腐层检测及杂散电流干扰检测等任务。该平台综合性强,贴近工程实际,更有利于锻炼和提高学生的专业技能和动手能力,有利于培养学生的综合能力和创新意识。 In order to meet the need of experimental teaching and scientific research for corrosion and protection technology in oil-gas storage and transportation engineering,a set of integrated teaching experimental platform for corrosion and protection technology in oil-gas storage and transportation engineering is designed and constructed.At the same time,various type of experimental item is developed.The experimental platform can simulate the cathodic protection system of buried oil and gas pipeline and its operation condition,the duties of pipeline cathodic protection parameters detection,pipeline anticorrosion layer detection and stray current interference detection with a rich variety of experimental function by synthesizing a lot of advanced techniques.The experimental platform is comprehensive and practical,which can exercise and improve students' professional skills and practical ability,foster the students' comprehensive ability and innovative consciousness.
