摘要
目的研究辅助性T细胞17(helper T cell 17,Th17)在慢性鼻炎常见病中的表达及意义。方法选取60例慢性鼻炎患者,包括变应性鼻炎组(allergic rhinitis,AR)20例、慢性鼻-鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉组(chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps,CRSs NP)20例、慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴有鼻息肉组(chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,CRSw NP)20例,另选取10例健康人作为对照组(healthy control,HC)。采用流式细胞术测定各组的Th17细胞表达量,并与患者的血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)、嗜酸性粒细胞(eosnophils,Eos)和过敏原情况进行比较。结果各慢性鼻炎组的Th17、Eos和Ig E与HC组相比均有不同程度升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Th17细胞表达量:CRSw NP组>AR组>CRSs NP组。各慢性鼻炎组间的Eos、Ig E和过敏原阳性率相比,差异无统计学意义。AR组中男性Th17、CRSw NP组中男性Eos与女性相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻炎常见病中普遍存在Th17细胞表达量的升高,其可能在该类疾病的发生、发展中发挥着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Th17 cells in common diseases with chronic rhinitis.Methods Totally 60 cases of patients with chronic rhinitis were enrolled in the study and be divided to three groups,including20 patients with allergic rhinitis（ AR）,20 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps（ CRSs NP） and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps（ CRSw NP）. And 10 healthy people were selected as the Healthy control（ HC）. The percentages of Th17 cells were detected by flow cytometry,and compared with the serum immunoglobulin E（ Ig E）,Eosnophils（ Eos） and allergens in patients. Results The percentage of Th17 cells,the values of Eos and Ig E in each groups of chronic rhinitis are significantly higher than the HC（ P〈0. 01）. The expression of Th17 cells are as follows： CRSw NP AR CRSs NP. There was no significant difference between groups of Eos,Ig E and allergens positive rate. Only male Th17 of AR,male Eos in CRSw NP were significant compared with women（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of Th17 cells were generally increased in common diseases with chronic rhinitis,and may play an important role in the development of diseases.
